Ruth Palacio, MS. CASAC is a dynamic NYC based Clinical Coach, and Training Consultant .Through her refreshingly interactive & comprehensive approach, she guides clients in making decisions to maximize their performance, improve their relationships and achieve successful work-life integration. An astute communicator, she has the exceptional ability to naturally reframe situations while bringing forth new perspectives & effective solutions.
Jenine Saunders BS, Physiotherapy has been motivating clients towards health through exercise and healthy living since 1990. For over 8 years she has been combining Pilates movement with Physiotherapy to rehabilitate bodies limited by dysfunction or disease; this type of conditioning assists the body to move with greater ease and grace. Jenine is grateful and passionate to be teaching the insightful work of Joseph Pilates. Most recently, she has opened the Pilates-Pro Rehabilitation and Conditioning Centre, a studio surrounded by an atmosphere of inspiration. Jenine’s greatest reward is being witness to change in the body & mind of the people she works with.
